Project :
Financial Planners/Agency Builders Compensation System
|
| Synopsis: |
|
Overview:
The Agency
Compensation System (ACS) is designed to define the data,
parameters, and calculations, to effectively track the productivity
of the financial planners as well as of their respective Agency
Builders. Concerned officers and executives would need to have
information available at their disposal to oversee and manage these
members of the agency force, in order for the company to
effectively monitor their pre-defined periodic goals.
The system
interfaces with the existing Life Support Plus application and
shares the information gathered, thus eliminates redundancy in the
entry of pertinent information related to commission information.
|
|
System Objectives:
The system aims to
provide facilities to compute for the additional incentives or
compensation provided for the members of the agency force at the
end of each calendar month and quarter, which are accumulated to
the end of the calendar year. Reports are to be provided for the
Financial Planners themselves, their respective Unit Managers who
meet the minimum performance requirements and are entitled to
additional compensation, to their respective branch managers and to
the management for monitoring purposes. A file should also be
readily available should the company decides on the disbursement
procedures that are to be adopted on a standard manner.
