Boeing Services
International (BSI) came to Manila in 1984 to develop a large on-line
system for Base Operations Support. The system was completed by RADIX
forerunners in one year and was installed in Florida.
In November, 1993, the software package was acquired
by Call Henry, Inc. (CHI) which is owned by a former executive of BSI.
They then approached RADIX to convert the software from IBM S/36 to
AS/400 and the development of additional modules. Since then, the system
was installed by RADIX and CHI personnel for Intelcom Support
Services, Inc. at the US Navy Pacific Missile Range Facility located at
Barking Sands, Kauai Island, Hawaii, for Northrop-Grumman at the US Army
Missile Command Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama, Raytheon Support
Services at Onizuka Air Station, Mountain View, California and Call
Henry at NASA Lewis Research at Cleveland Ohio.
RADIX has been engaged by CHI for the
installation of CAPELLA in more than 25 sites worldwide. Additional
changes and enhancements for CAPELLA/400 including Year 2000 compliance
has also been done.
